How do I apply discount code when check out?

1. Add Items to Cart: Browse the Untouched World website and add the desired items to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button for each product. 
2. Proceed to Checkout: Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click on the cart icon or the "Checkout" button to proceed to the checkout page. 
3. Enter Customer Information: On the checkout page, enter your customer information, including shipping address, contact details, and any other required information. 
4. Enter Discount Code: Look for a field labeled "Gift card or Discount code" on the checkout page. Enter the discount code exactly as provided, making sure to use any uppercase or lowercase letters as specified. 
5. Apply Discount: Once you have entered the discount code, click on the "Apply" or "Apply Discount" button next to the discount code field. The discount should be applied to your order total, and the updated amount will be reflected. 
6. Complete the Checkout Process: After applying the discount code, continue with the checkout process by selecting your preferred shipping method and payment method. Provide any additional required information for payment and shipping. 
7. Review and Confirm Order: Before finalising the purchase, review the order details, including the discounted amount, shipping address, and payment method. If everything looks accurate, click on the "Place Order" or "Complete Purchase" button to finalise your order. 
8. Confirmation and Order Receipt: Once your order is successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation email, which serves as your receipt. The email will contain details of your purchase, including the applied discount. 

How do I use the welcome code discount?

Simply enter the code in the promo box upon checkout. For the code to work, make sure that the following conditions has been met: 

1. The discount code is valid for new customers only.
2. The discount applies to online purchases only.
3. Customers must subscribe to the Untouched World newsletter to be eligible for the discount.
4. The discount is applicable to the total order value, including taxes and shipping fees.
5. Each customer with one email can use the code only once.
6. The discount code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
7. The code is valid for a limited time period and may have an expiration date. Please check the terms and conditions for the exact validity period.
8. Untouched World reserves the right to modify or cancel the discount code at any time without prior notice. 
9. The discount is applicable to all eligible products available on the Untouched World website.

10. In case of a return or exchange, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refunded or exchanged item(s).
