If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please follow these steps:

  • If your package has been sent, contact the shipping company with your tracking number to update the address.
  • If your order has been shipped, please contact the delivery courier company by clicking on the tracking link that you can find in our dispatch confirmation email. You will find contact information and be able to update your delivery details.
  • If your package is still with us, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. You can send an enquiry online, reach them by phone at 0800 357 375 for calls within New Zealand, or +64 3 357 3758 if you are overseas, or by email at [email protected]. Please be aware that our customer service team is usually only available to speak with you personally between the hours of 8.30am-4.00pm, Monday through Friday, New Zealand time. Provide them with your order details and explain that you need to update your shipping address.
  • Verification Process: For security reasons, our Customer Support team will need to verify your identity. They may ask you to provide certain information, such as your order number, billing address, and other details related to your purchase.
  • Deadline for Address Changes: Please note that address changes can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact our Customer Support team promptly to increase the chances of successfully updating your shipping address.
