What is E-gift card?

A gift card is a prepaid E-card that can be used as a form of payment for purchases at our store. It serves as a convenient and flexible gifting option, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred items.

E-gift cards will be emailed to you directly upon purchase in the form of a series of digital codes, so you can forward it to the lucky recipient. There is no expiry, so they can shop when they like. The recipient can simply use the digital code at the checkout when making a purchase on our website.

Should you lose an issued E-gift card, please contact customer support so we can re-send it to you.

• E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in-store.
• Gift cards are denominated in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and can be purchased and redeemed by customers in their local currency.
