- E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in-store.
- Gift cards are denominated in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and can be purchased and redeemed by customers in their local currency. However, please note that if you purchase a gift card in a currency other than NZD, the balance of your gift card may be subject to change due to fluctuations in the exchange rate at the time of redemption.

What will happen if I purchase an E-gift card in a foreign currency?
It is possible that you may be charged a foreign exchange fee by your bank when you make a purchase in a currency other than your local currency. This depends on the agreement you have with your bank. Please consult with your bank or financial institution to understand their policies regarding foreign exchange fees.
How does paying in a foreign currency affect gifting to another country?
If you are purchasing items as a gift and the transaction involves a currency conversion, the recipient in the other country may be subject to foreign exchange fees when receiving the gift. The fees would depend on the recipient's agreement with their own bank or financial institution. It is advisable to inform the recipient about the potential for foreign exchange fees, so they can check with their bank for more information.
Will Untouched World charge any additional fees for purchases made in a foreign currency?
Untouched World does not charge any additional fees specifically related to foreign currency transactions. However, please note that the final amount you pay may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and any foreign exchange fees imposed by your bank. These fees are outside of Untouched World's control and are determined solely by your bank or financial institution.
Are there any other considerations I should be aware of when making a purchase in a foreign currency?
Yes, it is important to be aware that when making a purchase in a foreign currency, the final amount you pay may differ from the initial price displayed on the website due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Additionally, your bank may apply its own exchange rate, which can also impact the final amount charged to your account. It is advisable to review your bank's policies and fees related to foreign currency transactions before making a purchase.
